This Ayurvedic constitutional Test helps you to better understand yourself on all levels and go into the correct workbooks for your type, Vata-Pitta, Pitta-Kapha, Vata-Kapha, these are the predominant combinations with one or the other predominant. You will need to answer the questions as to how you are in your normal state be totally honest on how you are and don't let your mind try to manipulate the answers with how you would like to be, that is the only way to get a correct answer. Get a piece of paper and answer each question with 1-2 or 3 then total the columns at the bottom.
